We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with various content management and social media tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing blogs, scheduling podcast episodes, and posting content on various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in uploading videos to course platforms, creating engaging Pinterest pins, Instagram posts, and designing thumbnails using Canva.
Responsibilities:
– Create and upload engaging blog posts
– Schedule podcast episodes and ensure timely release
– Post or schedule videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
– Upload videos to course platform
– Create visually appealing Pinterest pins
– Design captivating Instagram posts
– Generate thumbnails using Canva
Requirements:
– Proven experience in content management and social media management
– Proficiency in scheduling tools for blogs, podcasts, and social media
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
– Reliable internet connection
Work Schedule:** 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Probation Period: 3 months
Opportunity for Full-Time Role:** After successful completion of the probation period, there is the opportunity to upgrade to a full-time role based on performance.
Monthly Payment: $240
Note: Our fixed bid amount is final, and payment is non-negotiable. Experience is essential for this role, and training will be provided where required. Placeholder bids will not be considered.
