Experienced Web Developer and Creative Modern Designer to build Brand NEW Commercial & Home Loan Finance Brokerage Website in a minimalist & professional style in WordPress with full Mobile device capability. The website speed has to be fast and reliable.
The CUSTOM Design & Layout:
Similar to https://bespokefinancialadvisory.com.au/. I don't want identical websites. Be creative, engaging, relatable, yet professional (minimalist). Utilising premium stock images & animation clips as required and discussed with the client.
The Contents:
We will provide the content. The indicative quantity of words 15K and the number of pages/subpages are similar to the combination of these 2 websites: https://organichomeloans.com.au/ & https://www.simplicity.net.au/. The number of categories/tabs as per the client's requirement. We will also provide 28 PAID-embedded STATIC calculators purchased from 3rd party with API links: https://www.visionabacus.net/w/ACalcList. No CODING IS REQUIRED. Some of these calculators are embedded throughout the products/services provided within https://organichomeloans.com.au/
Other requirements:
– May provide 3 short video promos to be uploaded by you.
– Prepare the web for optimum SEO + +. This on-page SEO optimisation and 20 backlinks are included. High Level Security SSL and certificate to be included. Google Office location, etc; Chat with us – AI (Chatbot).
The candidate that will take on this project will have the following:
– Easy to deal with and responsive.
– FULL stack developer will be favourable for future work
– High level of communication in English
– Launching the website code is bug- and error-free. We will also provide support for at least the first three months after launch.
– Extensive business and technical testing on websites and mobile devices.
– A portfolio showcasing the business worked on. Similar projects will be advantageous.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Full Responsibility for deployment errors and code-free in the domain and hosting we will provide.
– Payment is made upon completion and successful launch of the project.
