Scope of Work:
1. Slow Loading Time Optimization:
Identify and resolve issues causing slow loading times.
2. SEO Optimization:
Enhance meta tags and other SEO elements.
3. New Content for SEO:
Develop and optimize new content to target relevant keywords. The word limit provided previously is 8000 words.
4. Addition of New Pages:
*the page we need created is a cloned page with only one item changed /adjusted a map module GMB See item #10
5. Text Message with Inquiry Form (Zoho Solution):
Integrate Zoho solution for text message inquiries, providing a seamless communication channel for visitors.
When a website visitor submits a web form the answers to the webform will automate SMS message including links to the corresponding quote and an opt out SMS message. The client chooses the service title in the location of “____” …they will receive the link to a quote that is the cost for that service in _____.
6. E-commerce Integration:
Integrate e-commerce functionality as needed to facilitate online transactions and sales.
7. Contact Us Enhancements:
Replace the green speech bubble with a prominent "Contact Us" button linking to the contact page. This button should float ie always being on the current viewable screen.
Move the contact form to a more visible position on the webpage.
Add a chatbot widget.
8. Plugin Updates:
Ensure all WordPress and Jotform plugins are up to date to maintain security and functionality.
9. Language Addition to Contact Us Form:
Add a "Call us for a quick quote" button linking directly to a phone call option.
10. Services Page Creation:
Clone the home page and create a dedicated services page listing all services offered.
Each service will be accompanied by a name, photo, and link to its respective page for detailed information.
11. Website Optimization for Page Loading:
Optimize images, gifs, and other media to improve page loading times.
12. Meta Data and Google Business Maps Optimization:
Ensure accurate metadata and Google Business Maps listings for each city on every page.
