Full-Stack Developer Needed for Landing Page Development and Deployment – Virtual Assistant job
You will be provided with a comprehensive Figma design that you need to bring to life as a landing page. The Figma design consists of 6 sections, with a footer. The art in each background is carefully designed to be integrated with one another at a pixel-perfect scale, to appear as one continuous piece of art.
You must have an extreme attention to detail, we do not want corner cutting. As the website scrolls some of the elements should be animated to roll in or appear dynamically, creating a sense that the page is alive.
TENTATIVE: We would like you to be able to write a script which can generate particles for any given section. For example for the first section we would like some green flame-like wisps behind the UI. In the fifth section, we want some pink leaf-like cherry blossoms falling from the tree. Once you view the Figma the stylisation we need for each section would hopefully be intuitive. If not, I can explain. You should be able to either write the script that can generate these particle effects or adapt an open-source one.
Your responsibilities:
Design and develop a responsive landing page incorporating:
– A YouTube video embed.
– Tweening animations on some elements for smooth transitions.
– Particle effects to enhance visual appeal, utilizing object layering for depth.
– Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
– Optimize the page for fast loading times without compromising on visual quality.
– Deploy the landing page on a Namecheap server, which will be provided.
– Provide documentation on the architecture and code for future reference.
– Be available for potential future engagements for modifications, updates, and scaling the infrastructure as needed.
What you should have:
– Proven experience in frontend and backend development, with a portfolio of visually appealing web applications that you can share.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any additional frameworks or libraries needed to achieve the desired effects (e.g., React, Vue.js, Three.js for example for particle effects).
– Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
Knowledge in deploying and managing web applications on Linux servers. Prior experience with Namecheap or similar environments is a plus.
Project Timeline:
The project is expected to start shortly. The timeline for completion & deployment is 3-4 weeks after the contract starts.
Individuals preferred over agencies.
