As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will support a multifaceted real estate professional, juggling roles from agent to investor, and beyond. Your tasks will include managing calendars, handling emails, posting ads, and maintaining our CRM system. Your role is pivotal in coordinating with vendors, utility companies, and ensuring that all scheduled tasks are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize calendars and emails to ensure efficient time management.
-Maintain CRM systems and ensure all client data is up-to-date.
-Coordinate with various vendors and utility companies as required.
-Post and manage real estate listings across various platforms.
-Support the execution of digital contracts and other administrative tasks.
-Keep the business owner accountable for tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:
– Excellent conversational USA English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience in administrative support, particularly in a virtual setting.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and digital signatures; experience with Gohighlevel, Lofty/Chime is a plus -not required
-Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of loyalty and accountability.
-Growth-oriented mindset with a punctual and detail-oriented work ethic.
