Shift: 9AM-5PM EST
Position Overview:
EnsuranceMax/EMaxOneLife is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to perform the functions of a Sales Representative within our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a disciplined self-starter who excels in sales and customer communication. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, facilitating sales processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ability to speak Chinese fluently is essential for this role to effectively cater to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information with an emphasis on benefits and features tailored to the customer’s needs.
Process sales transactions, manage customer accounts, and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to recommend and sell products that meet the customer's needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Prepare and submit sales reports, manage sales records, and update customer interaction in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and execute promotional strategies.
Attend virtual meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Create documentations
Expectations:
Equipment: Must own a reliable computer and headset suitable for handling multiple daily transactions and communications.
Internet: Must have access to a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for conducting voice and video calls without disruption.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory to effectively communicate with our Chinese-speaking clients.
Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience required; prior experience in insurance highly preferred.
Video Introduction Submission: Candidates must submit a 2-5 minute video covering:

Discussion of any relevant achievements and experience in sales or insurance
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Virtual Assistant, or similar role with direct customer interaction.

Proficient in using digital communication tools like Google Workspace.
High school diploma required; further education or certification in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
